I had lamb pathia, which was very tender. My wife had chicken madras and she said it was very tasty. I would definitely recommend it here. ”

The location was not only picturesque but also conveniently accessible with ample parking. The atmosphere was serene, complemented by soothing music. We began with papadum and a selection of dips as starters, followed by a variety of main courses. These included the Ceylon spicy lamb, sizzling lamb, chicken tikka, and a dish with garlic naan bread. Each dish was delicious, and the portions were generous. “ We just had a meal for 2 and it was the best Indian meal I've had in years. It was freshly cooked, tasty, not oily and delicious. The restaurant was spotless and staff were great... very polite and friendly. The only downside was the 3 tight old bags in the restaurant moaning because they ordered a dearer bottle of wine and didn't want to pay for it and somehow they blamed the waiter. Then they tried to deter other customers but in fairness they looked like they could haunt a house and had about as much class as Katie Price on a stag do with a Rugby team. Apart from cinderellas ugly sisters and their Nan it was a lovely night. We will be back.... unlike The Witches of Eastwick ”
“ Love the food and the new decor. Owner is great and very friendly. A new decor inside. Has been upgraded again. A sign of a well run business when they invest in the structure. Food hasn't changed which was great. Chicken dhansak, fish special, bindhi bhaji and cheese with chilli naan. All well seasoned and tasty. Chef here is great and very proud of his food. Service was great and manager and staff give a lot of care and attention. Can't recommend enough. A gem in Romford. ”
